1. using a standard application form, you form your order. To understand the range of our products you can using our electronic catalog or just by calling us – BEROSSI experienced managers are always ready to answer all your questions. 
   We draw your attention to the fact that the supply of goods is carried out in packages, i.e. the amount of product of the same color you ordered shall be a multiple of the number of units (sets) in one package.
2. you need to send the completed file-application and the Partner’s Map (.doc, 26 Kb) to the email address zakaz@berossi.ru. Along with a file-application you also need to provide the following documents required for legal registration of our cooperation: 
   
   

   The list of required documents

   • extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for a legal entity, not older than a month;  • certificate of incorporation (record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on OGRN assignment); • certificate of registration with the tax authority (INN assignment);  • the authority’s decision on the appointment of the head;  • the first two and last two pages of the Charter (with the seal of the organization, the registering authority, taking into account the number of pages). The seal and signature of the head shall certify all documents.

   
   
3. on the basis of the request and the documents provided by you, the managers of our company will prepare and will give you a sales contract and an invoice to pay;
4. upon receipt of our contract, you can either accept the terms and conditions proposed by us or offer your own version of a long-term cooperation. We do not insist on unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions and are always open for negotiations. Ultimately, at this stage, we conclude a mutual cooperation agreement;
5. further, based on our invoice, you pay your ordered goods. The initial conditions of cooperation is 100% prepayment. With strengthening of our business relations, a transition to work in installments is possible after the second shipment;
6. after receiving the payment, we will promptly (within no more than 7 days) make the shipment of the goods from the warehouse convenient for you: in Bobruisk or in Moscow. At the same time, orders of over 100,000 Russian rubles, we deliver to anywhere in Moscow free.
